I remember this site popping up a few years ago but I can't remember why. It was good back then and it is still good now: Made in CA (linked in context). Given the current state of international trade/relations, this is more valuable than ever.

It provides a categorized and searchable database of Canadian companies and producers (that is, not just Canadian companies, but also other companies who make things here) of consumer products.

The site has a lot of information, is organized well, performs well, and isn't absolutely overloaded with ads (like so many sites are, today).

It is useful and well made so it should get more attention.
