We had a buyer for the house, and it fell through. I think, we need a new real estate agent but with no experience on buying/selling houses I am not allowed to chime in.
Buyer wanted a home inspection, did the home inspection, agent gave us the home inspection and then the buyer took it off the agreement as a condition of sale but still wanted more money off the sale price to deal with the issues it uncovered. My sister-in-law is also selling her childhood home (parents' house) and our agent went over to their open house to meet their agent and told us about it, now my brother told the real estate agent to reject the offer. Argh. I agree and so does my mom, but really?!?
Not really looking for answers here, just venting.

Other than that, I went to Routes yesterday and talked to a friend about writing. That was fun. Tonight I have a grief group to go to. The topic is "Heartbreak, healing and finding your way home: in conversation with Maria Shriver" I once read a book by her and it was rather good, so this should be good. I also started biking indoors again to get some exercise.

Today I got Nirvana's Unplugged CD in the mail that I ordered, so after I finish this I will listen to it and bike for 20-30 mins.

Recently I also ordered all of MAGIC!'s CDs but am still waiting for the Expectations one from Australia. Nasri is posting new solo music on instagram and is talking to me again, he offered to catsit for me the other day, lmao. I wish! I told him I would hold him to that for the rest of our lives (probably more accurately the rest of Korey's life), he laughed. Oh, the life I could have had if I was a little more forward in highschool. I'm happy we still have our connection.
