I do find the postcards sent out by those organizations to try to get your attention for donations to be a very odd approach. Personally, I am not sure I have ever sent a postcard in my life.

That picture looks good, though. Is this a digital filter or something you drew from an old picture? The colour and shadow use look almost cel-shaded.
