I'm so frustrated.

PACE is holding my apartment in front of me like a carrot on a stick. I am almost fully packed and this morning I called to see if I could move June 5th, because I got the okay from Robyn (ie I passed PACE's part of the process and they offered me the apartment) but Stephen said we have to take it a step at a time and get the lease first so now I have to be accepted by the building (low income) My income was 17,000 to 20,000 in the last 3 years so it should not be a problem, however they have to get the lease and service agreement written up, it is a building for 55 and up even though the PACE program is for 16 and up, so I keep thinking I'll be too young or something else will come up, the other shoe will drop. Only the 01s of the building are PACE so they have 14 apartments (they say 15 but there is no 13th floor)

Biggest issue is that apparently my brothers have taken that day off from work already. Stephen said once they have the lease I can move anytime but I hope it's by the 5th because we need help!

Life is good in every other way, I just have to have this sorted out... I can't write this anywhere but here, so thank you, Jeff for giving me this space.
