So the neighbours next door are fine but it's an alarm next door to them. We can hear an alarm from 2 houses down? Damn this street is quiet. My niece and her husband were here, and told us to call the fire department anonymously but how do you do that with call display everywhere? Yes, the alarm is still going off. So we called 311 but got a recording that they had a high volume of calls and suggested we call back later. These are new neighbours and we do not know them, and if something bad is going on over there we don't want to get involved but after calling 311, I decided to give it another shot and call the non-emergency police number, whoever answered from there redirected us to 311. I couldn't find the number for the fire station. Matt (niece's husband) checked our carbon monoxide detectors before they left.

Just the other day, someone came over here and asked to connect our cables at the side of the house so they can have internet. It was "Bell personnel" we have Rogers and are moving soon so we said no. I hope nothing nefarious is happening over there.

In other news, my brothers went over to the condo today and started work with covering floors and smashing all the useless wall mirrors the last owners left behind. So much for 7 years of bad luck when a mirror breaks.

My mom gave some photos to my brother and found the first book I ever wrote when I was 10. It was a comic book. "Batmom and Superdad defeat the Guyelle Monster" The Guyelle monster was a green monster I drew that looked a lot like Frankenstein. Haha, I had given this book to my dad for father's day, it was something I made in school art class. My mom thought my brother made it because I didn't sign it, until we looked at the back and it said June 20, 1993. hahaha
