That issue with shipping is part of why I rarely get things shipped directly from me: I have been screwed in the past by either being at work, or them not even attempting the delivery, and then having to get all the way out to a warehouse near an airport to pick something up, having to travel past several brick-and-mortar stores selling the same thing. At least it is usually a nearby pick-up location, these days, but still more time consuming and often with narrow business hours.
