It has been a little over 2 years since I last made any updates to Cacophony, as it just generally works. However, I have been interested in some claims made by the last few releases (might fix my crashing router issue) and heard that Cacophony might have issues with this version so I spent the day running updates and doing lots of retesting.

This involved fixing an intermittent error in one of my unit tests (no changes to Cacophony, just the unit test), updating some test configs, and fighting with a now-more-common intermittent swarm provision error in Kubo. I have a few work-arounds, since this issue has always been there (seems like a race between P2P handshake and new data provision, but that isn't purely the issue) but it seems more common since 0.38 (which makes a bit of sense, since they have been making big changes to the provider logic since then).

Anyway, if this posts, then we are looking ok and I will need to think up what else could explain other issues which have been seen,
