Hmm, did it used to work in Chrome, before the update?

I suspect that this problem is that same need to force a cache refresh. You should be able to fix that by pressing shift+ctrl+r when looking at a broken page.

I suspect that it works in FireFox since you haven't used that to look at it in a while so it wanted to refresh its cache, anyway.
