I suspect that the band I heard in the part was here for the 20 year anniversary of the 2003 blackout, since there is usually a gathering in the part related to that, every year. There are quite a lot of people down there, tonight.

I still remember that day: Power went out while I was half-way through my final exam of the term. My housemates and I were all computer science students so we didn't know what to do without electricity and just went to bed after the sun went down.
