Hmm, Cacophony was complaining this morning after I updated Windows that the version file could not be understood. I don't know if these two things are related but I went back into my emails and redownloaded a new version file and now it's working? Cool. Just wanted to let you know in case you didn't know that was possible or something.

Other than that, working on a journaling course I started with the library much like one I did five years ago just for something to do. Signed up for a women's employment centre so I can do some Excel courses in the future. Volunteering at Abbeycats is going great -- been doing 2 shifts a week because the Monday screener is off. Soon it'll go back to just Friday. Last week I almost got our oldest cat (a 10 year old Chocolate point Burmese named "Paul Newman") adopted which I was so happy about but then the people backed out. :( It's okay though, because 2 more strong applications came in for him, he'll probably be adopted by next week.

Hoping to get chosen to be a volunteer coordinator for 5 or 6 hours a week at Defend, which is a non-profit dedicated to making the internet better for children. It's a remote position, hopefully they like my resume.
