There's so much going on, but nothing, really, to write home about. :)
My mom still has tons of paperwork from dad's death and I still have a lot of packing to do. We went to Routes this week and I picked up a book to read from their little library since the books they have are legible (ie. I don't have a panic attack when I look at their size because they're actually interesting) picked up The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Have I read anything past the first 5 pages? No. I ended up talking about my dad to a couple of guys there in their 50s who had been through the loss of their fathers as well. I don't know why but every time I go there the guys want to surround me. Then I ate lunch there and did some colouring. There was no writing class because of a staff meeting but I booked a ride there next week as well for the classes.
Yesterday I just stayed home and debated watching Supersex on Netflix (life story of an 80s pornstar) Didn't do much. Today, we're off to Walmart for some essentials. Next week, I want to see the new Bob Marley biopic. On Saturday, I'm going to Stedmond Pardy's poetry reading at the Secret Handshake (360 College), I want to check out the art gallery since I've never been and go meet Bill Bissett in person. (he's 85, but a fantastic poet)
