1. What did you do in 2024 that you'd never done before?
- lost a parent
- got so depressed, or more accurately numb to emotions that I was catatonic for 2 weeks
- sent my wheelchair to the dust
- had a doctor's appointment nearly every week for a year (seriously this year was BAD)

2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No, none that I remember. Maybe keep a journal this year.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
A few of my little cousins (born in 1998-2000) had babies

4. Did anyone close to you die?
My Dad

None

6. What would you like to have in 2025 that you lacked in 2024?

7. What date from 2024 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
January 1st - last new year with dad
January 21st - the day before my dad died
April 15 - moved to our condo, finally

The rest of the year is a blur.


8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Was hoping this would be this year but I'm still looking for a job which I hope will be a huge achievement when I finally find it
Getting out of the wheelchair and using my walker instead.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Becoming catatonic partially because I saw my ex at my dad's funeral... wtf?


10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yes.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My reclining leather living room chair

12. Where did most of your money go?
Rent to my mom :)

13. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
job hunt and leg braces, lol, oh and not having to use compression stockings anymore.

42 - got a storyworth book subscription that I am currently writing

Michelle Gagnon - my job coach who strangely has sort of disappeared.
