Just saw Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal for the first time. Yes, the first time. When you're a kid that gets scared by such characters as The Gremlins and ET you don't look for things like this. It was good, I don't get the hype though. I liked the Gelflings and Fizzgig was cute which is what I suspect little me would have liked as well.

I thought it was gonna be more like David Bowie's Labyrinth.
